The individual will regularly evaluate departmental procedures and provide process improvement recommendations to the Division Director and Assistant Director. This is a hybrid position based in Providence, Rhode Island, where you will be an integral part of our Leased Housing & Rental Services team. CVR Associates, a full-service consulting and direct-management firm focused on providing the housing industry with specialized services, commenced the contract with SFHA in January 2023. This position reports directly to the corporate office and is responsible for the overall success of the project. The HCV Program Director serves as the primary liaison between the client and CVR.
